Our technical support team consisting of experienced and expert personnel in line with the principle of "Customer satisfaction“ provides technical support and consultancy services needed for correct and efficient operation of developing and changing electronic devices and systems. The consultancy services, which start with the determination of the needs of the customers, continue with the examination, evaluation and reporting of the network and load conditions of the customers. It ends with customer training on the use and maintenance of purchased products. Our technical support services are not only limited to the establishment and operation of the products in line with the customer needs, but also provide training for the technical personnel of the corporate customers through after-sales maintenance and repair services. The technical staff of our technical partners and distributors are provided with the necessary information and training to provide technical support services to customers in different countries. In addition, we are able to provide service to our customers with our own technical staff.
